How to Complete the SC Reel Kids Program

To Complete the SC Reel Kids Program, the Reel Kid must complete a specified number of goals, some are required and some goals the Reel Kid can choose.  You will receive 1 prize for ever goal you turn in.  Once you have completed all of your goals, you will receive your first fishing license for FREE!  Prizes will be sent out twice a year.
